The present President Mrs. K. Jeevan Kumari states that it gives her wonderful satisfaction in working with the Girls from Village backgrounds who are in need of care and support. She mentioned that if proper care and support is not extended by NEEDS organization, they would have become Child laborers. In the same manner their Parents or relatives would have pressurized and forced them to get married at tender age(s).

The President also express whole hearted thanks to the donors who helped NEEDS organization with the financial support and partnership in this critical situation. The Children who expressed their gratitude to all the concerned.
